M-200 Mixer

M-200 is a high power and efficiency mixer used for mortar preparation with sand, refractory and cement-like building materials. The machine is used to prepare special concrete mixes such as sotcrete and refractory mortar ready plaster filled with high security measures so as to ensure maximum working and operators afety. It is designed to work with high hardness mixing boiler and mixer blades and materials with high abrasive properties such as sand and refractory. Asymmetric mixing blades do not interfere with the mix in the boiler completely and dry mixes can be prepared as well as liquid containing blends that can be prepared. Thanks to its high-speed motor and transmission, it can easily prepare heavy mixes of putty consistency. The electric motor, gearbox and other electrical components are watertight and the heavy construction site conditions are designed taking into account the CE directive and the high level of operator safety. Thanks to its structure which is suitable for washing with water after use, it has been produced to serve for many years.
